Featured Project: Oaklands Care Home, Leyland
One of our standout projects is the Oaklands Care Home in Leyland, Lancashire. This 66-bed facility represents our commitment to transforming historic sites into modern care environments. Built on the site of the former Oaklands Convent on Moss Lane, the development involved careful demolition and redevelopment to create a purpose-built care home specialising in elderly and dementia care.
Key features of Oaklands include:
- 66 en-suite bedrooms designed for comfort and privacy.
- Communal areas with lounges, dining rooms, and activity spaces.
- Beautifully landscaped gardens for relaxation and outdoor activities.
- Advanced facilities for specialist care, including secure dementia units.
- Energy-efficient design with solar panels and high-insulation materials.
Completed in collaboration with local partners, Oaklands is expected to open its doors in early 2026 and has quickly become a cornerstone of the Leyland community, providing high-quality care in a serene setting.
